—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of murder in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.25 [1]) and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of incarceration of 25 years to life. Defendant’s contention that Supreme Court should have suppressed the identification testimony of the sole eyewitness is not preserved for our review (see, People v Clark, 262 AD2d 1051, Iv denied 93 NY2d 1016).
