MAJOR, Circuit Judge.

This proceeding in Admiralty was initiated by H. Leslie Atlass as the owner of the yacht “Sis,” under the Limitation of Liability Act (46 U.S.C.A. §§ 183-189) and Rules 51-54 of the Rules of Practice in Admiralty and Maritime Cases, for exoneration from or, in the alternative, limitation of liability under the Jones Act (46 U.S.C.A. § 688), for the death by drowning of two seamen, Clem Muth and Kurt Darr.
