The appellee, a Louisiana corporation, filed its bill in the chancery court of Forrest county against appellants, resident citizens of that county, to set aside and annul the cancellation of a mortgage on real estate in Forrest county. The mortgage had been executed by appellants to secure an indebtedness due by them to the Mortgage & Securities Company, another Louisiana corporation.
