Appellant-respondent Laura Hoffman appeals the decision of the trial court awarding sole legal and physical custody of KKR.H., her one-year-old daughter, to ap-pellee-petitioner Bryan Heim, KR.H.'s father, alleging that the trial court erred because no hearing was held with respect to a repudiated agreement between the parties regarding custody of K.R.H., parenting time, and attorney's fees.
