This case arises out of alleged copyright infringement and the failure of a joint copyright owner to account for royalties. Plaintiff Donna Corbello is the widow and heir of Rex Woodard, who assisted Defendant Thomas Gaetano “Tommy” DeVito in writing his unpublished autobiography.
