LATTIMORE, Judge.

From an order made in a habeas corpus proceeding remanding appellant to the custody of the sheriff of El Paso County, by whom he was held for an alleged violation of the terms of the law found in Chap. 114, Acts First Called Session, 43rd Legislature, — appellant brings this appeal.
