— This is an appeal from an order of the County Court at Law of Tarrant County remanding appellant.

On September 10, 1936, Hon. David McGee, Judge of the County Court at Law of Tarrant County, Texas, made his order and judgment remanding appellant to the custody of the sheriff of Tarrant County upon a habeas corpus hearing, wherein appellant set up that he was illegally restrained by virtue of a warrant of arrest based on a complaint and information, which seems to have been filed May 25, 1936, charging appellant with operating as a motor transportation agent in violation of…
