This is a consolidated civil action by the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Indian Reservation and the United States against Ferry and Okanogan Counties seeking declaratory and injunctive relief concerning the tax status of certain lands within the Colville Indian Reservation acquired by the United States in trust for the Tribes and individual Indians pursuant to Sections 2 and 3 of the Act of July 24, 1956 (PL 84-772, 70 Stat. 626), the Colville Restoration Act…
