This case concerns the value of two assets for Oregon inheritance tax purposes. Plaintiff is the personal representative of the Estate of Pearl Stokesberry who died November 19, 1982. As of that date, two of the assets owned by Mrs. Stokesberry were as follows: A promissory note and mortgage dated December 28, 1979, in the face amount of $180,000, bearing interest at 10 1/2 percent per annum due and payable December 15,1987.
