The plaintiff appeals from defendant’s Order No. IH 74-2, issued on April 24, 1974. The question before the court is the fair market value for inherit anee tax purposes of 4,058 shares of Chinook Investment Company common stock held by Lyle B. Kingery, deceased, on July 10, 1972, the date of death.
