Appeals from two decisions of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed January 26, 2009, which ruled, among other things, that C & I Associates, Inc. is liable for unemployment insurance contributions on remuneration paid to claimant and others similarly situated.

C & I Associates, Inc. has a contract to provide residential cable installation services to customers of Cablevision Systems, Inc.
