MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
THOMAS W. LAWLESS, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Court has before it a motion for summary judgment filed by the plaintiffs on December 22, 1978. A hearing on the motion was held on May 23, 1979. The pleadings, legal memoranda, affidavits, and exhibits submitted by the parties are voluminous and total in excess of 5000 pages.
