1Opinion of the CourtCobb, J.
This cause comes to this court from the district court of Frontier county, on error. The defendant was indicted for violating the statute regulating the sale of malt, spirituous, and vinous liquors. The indictment charged him with fifteen distinct violations of the law by selling spirituous liquors without first having obtained license therefor, one by selling such liquors on Sunday, and one by selling such liquors to a minor, in as many separate counts.
