Today the Court rules on the Commonwealth’s Motion in Limine to allow evidence of subsequent bad acts of the defendant, Eric Silver, which the Commonwealth claims are probative of the charges against him, as well as testimony about a complaint made by the alleged victim to her high school guidance counselor regarding alleged ongoing sexual abuse, which the Commonwealth claims will corroborate the testimony of the alleged victim.
