I. Introduction

In this appeal, we must determine whether the 393rd District Court of Den-ton County had subject matter jurisdiction to modify the final order of the 158th District Court of Denton County in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship. Because the cause was properly transferred to the 393rd District Court as part of a docket equalization order permitted by the Texas Government Code, we affirm.
