The parties are the trustee in bankruptcy and the Worcester Trust Company, trustee under a mortgage executed to it November 1, 1907, by the Russell Falls Paper Company, the predecessor of the bankrupt corporation, to secure bonds issued by the paper company to the amount oí (250,-000.
