MEMORANDUM OPINION RE VALUE OF THE SOVEREIGN HOTEL

THIS MATTER came before the Court for evidentiary hearing on December 23, 2003, to determine the value of the Debt- or’s primary asset, the Sovereign Hotel. Adequate notice was given.
