Baker & Taylor Inc. (“B & T”) appeals from a final order of the District Court denying its motion for judgment as a matter of law following a jury verdict against it on a claim for promissory estoppel. Massaro Limited Partnership (Park West Two) (“Massaro”) cross-appeals an earlier order, now final, which awarded summary judgment to B & T on Massaro’s contract claim for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
