TALLMAN, Circuit Judge:

Mariano Murillo appeals his conviction after a third jury trial for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and cocaine. Murillo challenges certain eviden-tiary rulings, the district court’s refusal to compel discovery of unrelated case files in the government’s possession, and the district court’s refusal to grant a two-level reduction for a minor role in the offense. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and we affirm.
