This is an appeal

by claimant from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board. This proceeding was initiated by a petition for termination of the compensation payable under an open agreement for total disability resulting from an accident in the course of claimant’s employment on December 15, 1956. In it the employer and its insurance carrier alleged under oath that all disability ceased on April 2, 1957, and that claimant returned to work on April 3, 1957, without further disability or loss of earning power resulting from the injury caused by the accident.
