MEMORANDUM OPINION

FACCIOLA, United States Magistrate Judge.

In an amended complaint naming as defendants numerous related corporate entities, plaintiff alleges that her employer discriminated against her on the basis of race, sex, and age in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
