Sergeant-¡Glenn Ores, a police officer in the Wage of Dolton, filed this Section 1983 suit to challenge a fifteen-day suspension he received from Dolton Police Chief Bolden Jones.1 Ores believes the suspension violated his procedural due process rights because he never had an opportuni*1075ty to challenge it iñ a hearing.
