Frank and Patricia Costanzo bring this action against the Plain Dealer Publishing Co. for wrongful discharge, breach of contract, loss of consortium and punitive damages. Pending before the Court are the Plain Dealer’s motions to dismiss the complaint or, in the alternative, for summary judgment, and for sanctions pursuant to Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
