CADY, Chief Justice.

In this appeal, we must determine whether the exercise of personal jurisdiction over a nonresident defendant to a lawsuit filed in Iowa that alleged misappropriated funds from an Iowa bank account comports with the guarantees of the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. The district court held sufficient minimum contacts were lacking and dismissed the lawsuit. The court of appeals affirmed the decision of the district court.
