Plaintiff brought this action against her former employer, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (“New York Fed”), pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1981, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), and the New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”).
