In June, 1937, the appellee, Central Trust Company of Owensboro, Kentucky, recovered a judgment in the Daviess circuit court against the appellant, Clara M. Blocher for- $3,847.34 with legal rate of interest thereon from the 18th day of November 1931, until paid, subject to a credit of $418.07 paid on the 25th day of September 1933.
