HEALY, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from an order dismissing with prejudice a petition filed under section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203.
There had been an earlier petition by appellant under this section, filed in November, 1935. Having failed to obtain an agreement with creditors, the appellant moved for a dismissal, and later amended her petition to seek relief in bankruptcy under subdivision (s) of the section.
