In this action in interpleader, plaintiffs Donald G. Aluisi and Donald Aluisi (“Plain tiffs”) deposited a sum of money with the court to satisfy a judgment against them by defendants Ronald and Fran Kolkka (collectively “Kolkka”) and interpled other claimants to that money.
