—In an action to recover damages for insurance broker malpractice, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Levies, J.H.O.), dated April 14, 2000, which, after a nonjury trial, dismissed the complaint.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for the entry of a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in accordance herewith.
