This is a drilling services contract case. Horizontal Holes, Inc. challenges the trial court’s judgment awarding attorney’s fees to River Valley Enterprises, Inc. and defense costs and expenses to Dallas Fire Insurance Company. In its appeal, Horizontal Holes makes two specific arguments.
