Plaintiff-appellant Jimmy E. Greene brings this appeal from a jury verdict in favor of the defendants-appellees Union Optical Center, Inc. and Nu Vision Optical of Michigan, Inc., both Michigan corporations. As a basis for his appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court committed reversible error in its jury instructions covering one aspect of the plaintiff’s burden of proof and the applicability of contributory negligence to defeat the original negligence claim.
