GIVAN, Chief Justice.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of Robbery, a Class A felony. He was sentenced to a forty (40) year term of imprisonment.

The record reveals a young man wearing a ski mask entered the Independent Food Market in Indianapolis between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. After announcing "this is a holdup," he pushed the owner, Mr. Snell, toward the cash register in the front of the store.
