The dispositive issue in this appeal is whether a seller, who had repudiated a contract for the sale of land, thereafter retracted his repudiation.

Alex Vahabzadeh, Trustee, 1 brought a chancery suit to compel Edward R. Mooney, Jr., Trustee, 2 to perform a contract for the sale of certain real property.
