Christopher Harris, the former Watershed Manager for the City of Atlanta's Department of Watershed Management ("DWM"), sued the City, alleging that his termination violated the Georgia Whistleblower Act ("GWA"). The trial court granted summary *422 judgment to the City, and Harris appeals. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
