After entitling tbe causé tbe record commences with the following recital: “Be it remembered that on tbe 27th day of January, 1899, tbe following transcript was filed in tbe office of the clerk of tbe Henry Circuit *142Court.” Then follows what purports to be a transcript of the proceedings had before a justice of the peace.
