Appeals from a judgment and an amended judgment of the Supreme Court (Hughes, J.), entered November 8, 1995 and December 22, 1995 in Schoharie County, which dismissed petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent selecting and maintaining a preferred solid waste landfill site.
