Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Graves Circuit Court construing the will of J. I. Palmer, deceased. The will and its codicil read:

“I, J. I. Palmer, of .Sedalia, Graves County, Kentucky, being of full age and sound in mind, make and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking a will which I made on the 12th day of July, 1938-, and not only revoking that will but any and all others heretofore made, and I declare this to be my last will and testament.
