MEMORANDUM OF OPINION

Before the court is the Application of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, counsel for the Prudential Insurance Company of America (the “Applicant”) for Reimbursement of Attorney’s Fees and Expenses Pursuant to Paragraph 3.10 of the Debtor’s Plan and § 506(b) of the Bankruptcy Code. Prudential seeks reimbursement for counsel fees in the amount of $96,858.50, and reimbursement of counsel’s out-of-pocket expenses in the amount of $4,606.94 for the period of August 29, 1991, through December 29, 1994.
