This is a suit by a trustee in bankruptcy to set aside transfers made by the bankrupt while insolvent and within four months before the filing of the petition in bankruptcy. When the cause first came to final hearing, I found that the trustee had not sustained the burden of proving that the transferees knew or had reasonable cause to believe that the debtor was insolvent, and therefore I advised a decree dismissing the bill.
