Plaintiff filed suit for a declaratory judgment to declare null and void a certain agreement dated July 25, 1972, between the parties under which plaintiff was prohibited from leasing to a competing supermarket the space which defendant had formerly leased from plaintiff under a lease agreement dated December 5, 1962.
