Lamont Wright, the pro se plaintiff in this civil matter, alleges .that the defendants, the United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”) and its Office of Information and Policy (“OIP”), violated the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552 (2012), by failing to respond adequately to his FOIA document request.
