This case arises from Plaintiff Maurice S. Jordan’s (p/k/a “Kenoe”) (“Jordan”) in volvement in the creation of the songs 8 Rulez, Haters Still Mad, and We Ain’t Scared (collectively, the “Songs”). The Songs appeared on a 2002 album of Defendant Wesley Eric Weston (p/k/a “Lil’ Flip”) (‘Weston”), Undaground Legend, and his 2003 album, Lil’ Flip and Sucka Free Present: 7-1-8 and the Undaground Legend (“7-1-8 Album ”).
