This matter is before me on the complaint of a Chapter 7 trustee seeking turnover from the debtor’s two minor children of a one-half interest in a family residence located in Mesa, Arizona. 11 U.S.C. § 542(a), Rule 7001(1), F.Bk.R. Such an action is a core proceeding as that term is defined by the 1984 Bankruptcy Amendments. 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(E), (F), (H) and (O).
