Upon complaint filed January 28, 1982 the plaintiff secured creditor, General Electric Credit Corporation seeks judgment lifting the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362, and directing the debtor, QPL Components, Inc., to segregate and turn over to General Electric Credit Corporation all inventory and proceeds of inventory which was the subject property of a security agreement executed between the parties on April 28, 1980.
