Re, Judge:

The merchandise in this protest consists of lithographically printed matter, invoiced as “Beaver Dam Magazine Inserts”. It was classified under item 274.75 of the Tariff Schedules of the United States as printed matter not specially provided for, printed in whole or in part by a lithographic process, not over 0.020 inch thick, and was assessed with duty at the rate of 12 cents per pound.
