PLATT, P.J.,

The defendant, Tejan Mohamed Kargbl, a/k/a Terry Johnson, was convicted by a jury in this case of two counts of attempted criminal homicide, four counts of robbery, two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, one count of possession of an instrument of crime and one count of criminal conspiracy. He was sentenced to an aggregate term of imprisonment of not less than 10 nor more than 20 years in a state correctional institution, ordered to pay the costs of prosecution and to make restitution to his victims.…
