Michael Morgan appeals from a judgment of conviction entered on September 20, 2000 by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Michael B. Mukasey, Chief Judge ), following Morgan’s plea of guilty to one count of making, uttering, or possessing counterfeit money orders in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 513(a). 1 Morgan challenges the District Court’s denial of his January 14, 2000 motion to withdraw his plea of guilty.
