INTRODUCTION

This is an employment discrimination action currently before the Court on Defendant United Air Lines, Inc.’s (“United”) Motion to Dismiss the claims of Plaintiffs Bernard and Elizabeth Lucontoni. 1 Plaintiffs Complaint was removed to this Court from the Suffolk County Superior Court on April 3, 2006.
