Plaintiff, International Association of Bridge, Structural and Ornamental Iron Workers, Local No. 395, AFL-CIO (Iron Workers), initiated this action under § 301(a) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a) and § 9 of the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 9.
