Louis Mintz (“Louis”) died on July 20, 1967. This appeal is from a judgment entered after a consolidated trial in four separate actions which resulted from Louis’ alleged failure to keep a promise to his predeceased wife Bessie Mintz (“Bessie”), to dispose of his estate in a certain fashion. There is no need to set forth in detail just who sued whom for what. Common questions of law and fact underlie all four actions and it is not contended that the disposition of Louis’ estate made in the judgment is erroneous if the trial court correctly decided the issues raised by this…
